Paycheck on the Web

Overview

Paycheck on the Web is a state-of the-art Time & Attendance Report application specifically designed to meet the T & A reporting requirements for Federal Departments or Agencies, and their employees. The application can be securely accessed with an Internet browser, allowing users the flexibility to enter time from anywhere they have an Internet connection. Paycheck on the Web has been recognized as superior to other Time and Attendance Report applications by an independent third-party review based on system design, functionality, and architecture. Paycheck on the Web eliminates many T & A redundancies, minimizing the need for timekeepers.

Functionality

Paycheck on the Web is designed to adapt to the business rules/roles of the Agency or Department and can be configured to changes in procedures or protocols. Standard functionality includes:

  • Time Reporting and Time Variance Reporting including Overtime.
  • Leave and leave donation reporting.

Security

Security is paramount and Paycheck on the Web was architected with security as a primary consideration. Various processes are used to protect the integrity of the data, the identity of the users, and eliminate the risk of outside penetration. Paycheck on the Web is pending C & A validation. Additional security is achieved by hosting Paycheck on the Web in a GDCI datacenter and eAuthentication is achieved through the GDCI-supplied ConnectHR Dashboard.
